Therapeutic Approaches - I take a relational, holistic, and brain-based approach to therapy, integrating:
Solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, CBT, Family Systems Therapy, arts-based approaches as well as Brainspotting. ​

Rate: $160 per 50-minute session

Format: Virtual sessions – Available across Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Note: At this time, I can only work with clients residing in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Insurance Coverage
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), my services may be covered by your insurance provider in Ontario adn Nova Scotia. Please check with your provider to confirm your specific coverage for a registered social worker.
