My fee is 160.00 for a 50 minute session.

At the moment, I offer virtual therapy for residents in Ontario and Nova Scotia through an online secure format.

How do you conduct online therapy?

I use a secure format that is called Jane. I also store my case notes, bill and send appointment confirmation and reminders through this format as well.

How long will I be in therapy?

It's hard to say as it depends on your goals and intention for therapy. My pedagogy is to always check-in on your goals and ensure you feel supported and on track to achieving those.

Do you take insurance?

Clients receive a receipt upon payment at the end of the session. I am registered with the OCSWSSW and NSCSW and covered by many insurance companies. I recommend connecting with your insurance company to inquire if they cover working with a registered social worker.
